Membrane filtration - AQUAPURE®

AQUAPURE® is a system to purify and to recycle civil and industrial water downstream depuration plants.
Conventional water treatment systems are based on multistep processes that involved more purification steps such as coagulation, floculation/sedimentation, filtration and final sanitization.
AQUAPURE® is a ultrafiltration system that permit to treat big water volumes obtaining, by a single step treatment, water chemically and bacteriologically pure with the lowest operation cost.
Thanks to special filtrating membranes and an automatic cleaning system is possible to obtain a uniform flow rate in the time with the following performances:

• turbidity reduction till 0,1 NTU
• a 20¸70% TOC reduction
• more than 90% colloidal Silicum reduction
• more than 4 Log of bacterical reduction
• All these performances are obtainable with an electrical consumption lower than 0,2 kWh/m3 of weater flow.
