Gasholder
The storage consist of three membranes, external, internal and bottom membrane:

The external membrane is the protection of the system, this membrane is permanently, also in extreme situations (thunderstorm), under a overpressure calculated for the necessary static |

The bottom membrane seals the storage against the foundation |

The internal membrane is the real useful storage, which is floating permanently up and down according to the filling level of the storage |
The strength of the membranes are designed according to the inside pressure and the static calculation and will be calculated for each storage separately. The range is between 3000 and 9000 N/5 cm. (please see technical data’s). The membranes are in accordance of the DIN standard 4102 B1 (flame retardant), fungicide treated and have an increased UV-protection.
The internal and the bottom membrane is also protected for the components which are in the biogas, such as methane, hydrogen sulphide, carbon monoxide etc.
Gashoder are complete of:

- Connection pipeline
- Pressuriztion system
- Safety system
Safety system includes:
- Pressure regulation valve
- Overpressure valve
- Gas filling misuration
- Gas detecion unit
